    Deleted

    I lost my characters

    Hey, I uninstalled diablo3 and then again installed it. I logged in with the same account and all of my characters are gone.
    Can anyone explain why that happened?

    Change region in your settings, probably installed with the wrong regional file.

    Most likely this is the issue. Since they're stored on your actual account, I doubt they're gone. You can also search for your battletag on battle.net to confirm that they're still there
