Elemental Blast and Conductivity

Wouldn't it make sense if Elemental Blast triggered Conductivity? That would certainly make it more attractive for Resto.

GC has already stated in a recent blue post that EB is being added to Conductivity soon.

It does make it more attractive, but better than HTT and PE? No, you'd still be taking two sub-par talents. The hierarchy of talents will remain the same.

Got a source on this? Don't remember seeing this mentioned at all. Infact the only post i've seen with any relevance was someone asking for EB to be added to Spiritual Insight, which was kinda stupid since it already was on SI's tooltip.
