Always irritates me that many people automatically assume someone is from a 'bad' family if they turn out to be a criminal or destructive person.
Have similar shit with one of my siblings (although no where near as severe as your sister).

It depends on the situation. If it was a matter of petty theft, or even burglary without violence, and they could make me believe they want out of it... yes. More serious stuff like violent crimes, i don't think i could.

In your situation is quite worse, because there are drugs in the middle. That could easily get you in the middle... and in the best case, have her steal from you to fund her addiction. I'd only help her if she really wanted to quit her addiction, otherwise you are doing nobody a favour.

When someone wants out of whatever stupid, dangerous stuff they got themselves into, the family has to support them. But not a minute sooner.

What if he were found to have broken the law, and in that, your trust too? I personally wouldn't help neither of my brothers.
