Calling All Graphic Designers! I need your help!

So.. its been years since I've done anything with photoshop.. and I need to create a Logo for my bar's billiards team shirts(In which I am the captain). So, I figured I would post here, since I know there are TONS of great graphic designers that browse these forums. If anyone could help create us a cool/original logo.. <SNIP>

One-Piece design. Black Background. Preferably Black/Red/White colors (Bar's colors, and will also be done on a black jersey).
Max of 9" wide. The Higher quality the better.
I would LIKE to have some sort of pool/Billiards reference built into it (Cue stick/ball or something), but it is not a necessity.

Team's name is "The InnCredibles"
as the bar's name is the "Inn Between Pub"

Any help would be great! I look forward to seeing some designs.
