My guess is that Ichyotsohaia will be like Herald of the Titans, obtainable, as long as you do it with a level 85 character.

In case people don't know - there was indeed a VERY similar achievement for Algalon called "He Feeds On Your Tears".
It had the exact same requirement. Nobody could die in the entire raid lockout. And guess what... this achievement is a FOS and unobtainable.
