New build with GTX 660 TI.

So here's my build with the new GTX 660 TI (Or at least I'm planning on it, supposed to be available today but newegg still doesn't have it.) Any suggestions?

i would definetly switch the vertex 3 for either a crucial m4, i think its even less money then the vertex 3 now, or get a vertex 4.

second, that is expensive for a bronze 550w psu imo..you can find equal or better quality even for 60ish.

Food for thought, the 7950 (a considerably stronger card - especially at higher resolutions) has dropped significantly in price since release.

For $20 more you'll get a lot more bang for your buck. Plus, you wouldn't have to wait.

Well great, now I dunno what to do. If the 7950 is really better, I would like to get it, but I found a lot of mixed reviews about it on newegg... I hate bad reviews, scares me.

Personally, I think the Kepler chip is something of the don. If you've got a monitor that can output 2560 x 1600/1440, then I'd go for the 7950, but if you're still running at 1080, go for the 660. Simplez!

Aren't the TI versions those with the dual GPU inside?

I dont know what rock you have been living under but the 680 blew away all competition. The 7950 isnt even close performance wise.

Did you miss the part where OP was considering the 660 ti?

NDA is lifted in a few hours, I think it is 18:00 CEST.

    EDIT: Nevermind it just lifted.
