I only jungle. So I'm not uber in lane. But I have been meeting a lot of people who choose jungle and won't change. My friend plays Sion, and is awesome with him, he queue together a lot.
So I figure if I have to lane, I'll partner with him.
Who is the best lane partner for Sion?

Anything with high burst damage, Sion has a nice stun so if you can put out some damage then ignite its almost always a secure kill.
Me and a friend rolled Sion and Blitz (I was Blitz) i'd Q them in and he would stun sombody would instant ignite then other person would ignite once they are running away.
