Parenting a Frame to a UI element, is it possible to ignore the Opacity change?

Hey,

I have a panel I created with KgPanels and have Parented it with the Chat Tab. The only problem is that I want to turn the chat tab opacity down to 0% with my chat addon and the frame will change to 0% opacity as well. Is there anyway to ignore this? I want the frame to stay on 100% but keep the parent position so that I can still keep the way I can drag the chat tab about with the frame attached to it so it can move with it.
