Well I just spent a few RP on buying Darius, just because I liked the sound of his abilities and he looked pretty cool, I don't play too competetively as I play mostly with friends and just want some fun, but everywhere I go I read that he's crazy OP and people hate him? anyone care to shed light on this?

Well I just spent a few RP on buying Darius, just because I liked the sound of his abilities and he looked pretty cool, I don't play too competetively as I play mostly with friends and just want some fun, but everywhere I go I read that he's crazy OP and people hate him? anyone care to shed light on this?

His stats are pretty solid, he's got a good grab, hits pretty hard, but the biggest issue people have with him is that his ult is an extremely strong execute... that refreshes itself really easily.

Darius is pretty well balanced. Just a nuisance to lane against if you play blind pick or he picks after you in draft.

People hate lane bullies because they are frustrating to deal early game when you don't counter them and Darius is one them. He's rather balanced, though, and easily counterable with any other champion that is ranged and can poke (read: jayce).

I mean, I see people complaining about Garen being OP in the forums too, so... don't take what they say seriously.

Anyway, I'm having a hard time choosing 5 favourite champions since I like so damn many... I'll try to list a few though, I guess:
