LFD in 10 Seconds (An Amateur Machinima)

Hello readers of MMO-Champion,

Long time forum reader, first time forum poster. I'm starting to get back into making machinima for my friends, and I wanted to put my video out to the WoW community to test the waters and accept some criticism to make my videos better. I know the voice acting is very horrible (All done by me with zero experience ), but it is also the first video that I have done any kind of voice acting in. Please offer any criticism that would help me become a better machinima maker as well as a better video editor; even equipment or pc part upgrade suggestions are appreciated.

GJ on the LFD one, pretty much right. You should do a LFR one.

Some examples:
- Pulling trash as people zone in to wipe the raid/grief
- Needing on loot to trade to friends, to bargain with or to simple DE/grief
- After boss loot whispering because he REALLY needs that item!
- Leaving after a wipe
- People leaving group whilst waiting for others to join, which ends up being an endless cycle
- The random kid who talks far too much and people end up kicking because being social is bad!
- Pulling bosses on trash
- Pulling before half the raid is ready/there
- People AFK
- People dying on purpose so they can afk
- People ignoring mechanics
- People doing stupid stuff what THEY think is right (taunting the Amalg off the tank at 80% hp to pick up bloods is one that annoys me)
- As a tank when the other tank who is either undergeared or just thinks he's awesome keeps taunting off you randomly getting himself or others killed and randomly spinning the boss.
- Obligatory DPS meter/healing meter spam, including saying people are bad and whatnot.

Oh, and you should add the Boomkins/Ele Shamans using un-glyphed Typhoon/Thunderstorm on cooldown in 5mans.

Add people who keep saying they hate LFD, yet will queue for it anyways Not meant as a jab at your video or your taste, but just sort of... "hmmm, I am that guy!" sort of thing.

Completely agree with this. Find a style you like and keep to it, but trying to cram a lot of content into 10 seconds is not going to be easy, nor is it going to be fun for the viewers.

I would suggest 30s - 1 minute
