Stuck in hellfire pen. Any suggestions.

There has more then likely been a post already about this issue but my char is now stuck in hellfire and i cant do anything to move him.

Ive tryed deleting the WTF and all sorts but when i log him all i get is about 1 second then the game freeze.

Any other suggestions.

Make a character, open a ticket and explain the problem. GM will move your Character to another place, easy. Tickets concerning characters being stuck don't usually take very long.

Ask a GM from a another Character to teleport your character out of Hellfire pen, then you can at least play this character again.

Or use a friends pc to move your character.

Have you tried using the "Character stuck" option in the help menu in-game?

If you are already stuck in Hell(fire), it's too late to atone for your sins.

cant use anything i get about 1 second and the game totaly freeze so i either need to wait for a GM on beta or get a solution

Maybe: try lowering your video quality to the lowest hoping to avoid the freeze. You can raise it later on.

Usually that's caused by connection difficulties. I don't think there's anything in Hellfire that should be too intensive, though, since 56k was still fine back around BC.

Just get on another character and open a ticket, making sure to include "stuck", and it'll get quick attention. Your character will most likely be teleported to outside a capital city.

Is this in the beta client? If so, you need to let them know in the bug reports forum on the official site.
