Black spots that don't resemble anything that seem to be drawn accurately, seeing the line along the right side of the top-left spot and the left line of the main blob below for example. If anything it's a totem pole on an eating cow, hanging on 2 seahorses with flying pincers and feet connected Rayman-style.

Its a RPG boss, wearing a turban-like hat. Its also flying and has a movable torso. The upper right and upper left blobs are its weapons... some kind of laser device I can imagine. Thats pretty obvious to me...

In center we see some form of little god like from hindu religion. He has a hat and some for of wing objects in his hands. He is sitting on form of throne which is carried by two servants. On left top and right top are two worshipers that are praying to that god. On bottom we have two cheering worshipers.
