I recently started INSANITY and I rather enjoy it. I dread it when I'm getting ready to press play knowing the workout is gonna beat me to a pulp, but at the same time I love it after I finish and I know I got a good quality workout. Now I have a question for the experts out there. If I miss a day for whatever reason, is it better to a) do 2 workouts in 1 day (make up in morning, scheduled workout in evening), or b) use the missed day as my day off and workout ony my actual day off.
