    Insanity

    I recently started INSANITY and I rather enjoy it. I dread it when I'm getting ready to press play knowing the workout is gonna beat me to a pulp, but at the same time I love it after I finish and I know I got a good quality workout. Now I have a question for the experts out there. If I miss a day for whatever reason, is it better to a) do 2 workouts in 1 day (make up in morning, scheduled workout in evening), or b) use the missed day as my day off and workout ony my actual day off.

    Of the two, b is better. But C is best of all: skip the workout all together.

    So the best option is to take day 7 off as usual anyways? even if I missed a workout for the week?

    Just skip it and do it on Sunday.

    yes.

    It is best to simply stay on schedule and unless you are an experienced athlete, working out more than 6 days in a row is probably a bad idea.
