I'm not fighting in this expansion because the revelation that everyone is going to be best friends and/or dead by the end eliminates any sort of reason to care about the conflict.

Personally, I'm still working out my own thoughts on 'victory at all costs' vs 'ways don't justify means'.
Of course, everyone wants to believe in truth and justice and honor. But when it really comes down to it, actions speak louder than words, and you can't truly know how you'll react in a given situation until you're actually there.
Sitting in my desk chair, what's worth fighting for in WoW: justice, honor, preservation of freedom... no matter which side takes that stance, Alliance or Horde. As a RL member of the US military: victory at all costs.
You can see my dilemma.

Survival. If my compatriots want to go waste their lives fighting for some orc's imagined glory while he drives the Horde into the ground, or for some human's grudge, they can feel free. I'm a bit busy preparing for the massive demonic army hell-bent on wiping out all life (and the equally-massive Lovecraftian army equally hell-bent on wiping out all life).

My characters mostly fight for Quel'thalas, which leads them to have some moments of serious moral compromise. I honestly don't know if I want to fight for the Horde all that much the most dribbles and drabble of plot I catch. I signed up for Thrall's Horde, a band of misfit and abandoned nations trying to forge their way ahead in a world that had little place for them under a banner that needed to be redeemed from a long history of unjustified bloodshed.
