Okay, doing a bit of research, which of the two do you believe is the better deal at current price points?
I'm pretty sure everything on this is accurate, if there's something wrong let me know.

With the sale on, I believe the U2711 is the better choice. Despite the LED backlighting on the 2713HM, the 2711 has superior colour gamut and a better response time, a better stand (subject to opinion).

Still, I am split. Thoughts?

The old model has a better panel, the new model is supposed to be a cheaper alternative.
