What games in particular are you hoping for a performance boost in?

Mainly World of Warcraft, Guild Wars 2 (Once I buy it), Borderlands 2 (Once that comes out), countless source (Valve) games, RIFT, Firefall, and maybe BF3 if it does well in FPS. Right now it's okay but BF3 is just plain bleh on my 560's. It is sorta-okay but not to what I want it.

EDIT: Primarily RIFT, GW2, WoW. Especially RIFT, because I never hit past the 60 FPS mark, and it just goes straight down the tube in high player counts.

That's probably because you've got VSync running. And most of those games prefer a strong CPU ratehr than GPU, other than BF3, off of the top of my head.

7950 used to be the best bang for your buck card before this price drop.

That should tell you how hot this price drop really is.

Vsync is not running, actually. Everything is maxed out though, so I suppose that's why (Besides the resolution, it's 1920x1080). And if I need new CPU instead, woops haha. Didn't realize.
