Removing Old Drivers.

I just got a new video card and have moved from Nvidia over to AMD, the new card is up and running fine but I have yet to delete my old Nvidia drivers is there any programs people recommend to clear them all has I can't see them anywhere (not on add or remove list)

Just one more thing, Im a total noob when it comes to AMD this is my first card. I downloaded the catalyst control centre, will that have downloaded the latest drivers to? I can't see a ''check for latest drivers'' section on the controller.
