Account-wide Questions Legendary Question

Hi everyone!

I'm really sorry if this has been obvious at some points, but I have searched and searched and I can simply not find any good answer, so I figure I ask my question here.

With the account-wide achievements as of 28th of august, I have understood that a majority of achievements will be account-wide, but I wonder about Feats of Strenght. You see I am a legendary item collector, and I have all legendary items in game, but on different characters, so I simply wonder, will they become account-wide? I mean the achievements in the FoS category, not the items themselves.
