Wasn't arcane already the most sub-optimal spec for mages? and I bet by 5.1 we will have harvest life capped at 3 targets. Blizz is just a big tease when it comes to warlocks.

So setting aside the buff/nerf arguments... Just what is the difference between Storm Strike and Stormblast? I keep looking at the tooltips but I still don't understand. Unless... SB is for elemental? Since when did ele shaman need a debuff ability like enhance's?

Harvest life : Now limited to 1 target (new harvest life is called drain life)
