Chat question

Hi!

I've been searching for about a week now on and off and have yet to find anything for this and was wondering if this even existed. What I am looking for is a stand alone chat panel addon, like that shown in the original version and the many edited versions of tukui/elvui. I have searched on wowinterface, curse, and via google and nothing has come up and yet it seems that there are players out there that have some kind of version of those chat frames in their UI.

I am at the point where I'm half thinking that a addon like kgpanels was used in the creation of their chat frames ui or that these players created their own UI and have not released it to the public.

Does anyone know if there is such a addon?

its just a textured box, you can make the same with kgpanels if you are not familiar with coding one
