Good question. I doubt it, the reason being that it is healing based on damage dealt and therefore not technically a heal - it doesnt proc healing effects for example. I think the way they coded it was literally just to edit the numbers on the old VE to suddenly heal for a higher percent, but then give it a cooldown and duration. So you should be fine, and if you wipe your raid - you can blame it on me
