It's really nothing special. If you're amazingly lucky you'll get a good legendary item but all the rubbish ones are still around and you'll probably find them mostly. The paragon level is just more of the grinding that made people quit the game in the first place, except at the end after more than 1000 hours you'll have more magic find.
