    Engineering jets/planes

    Hey!
What would be the name of a person who works/builds jets or planes? If so, could you direct me to a degree/job website? Cheers!
I'm still in school and beginning to weigh up career choices, so I'm looking at what I'm interested in: Jets and planes!
For all you guys going: 'LOL JUST GEWGLE IT LOLZ!' they dont really provide a clear answer. There's aeronautical, aerospace, mechanical, electrical... Very confused!
Anyhow, I'm off to bed, it's 2:30 AM here.

    Mechanical Engineer
    Aeronautical Enginner
    Aerospace Engineer
Avionics Technician (that's the electronics on aircraft)

Generally you're looking at 7-8 years of college/university. An interest in planes isn't really what's required, what you need is an interest in Engineering.

Your best bet is Filton College, although that's near Bristol but it's the best in the county.

The disciplines you named are the ones you are looking for, just decide what aspect of design/discipline you like the most.
