Thanks for the link, didn't know about this.
Seems kind of odd that in the races section only one of the five race pictures is of a male character, and that's for Sylvari... you'd think at least Charr would have a male character on display (from the other races it's kind of easy to guess what the other gender will look like, there's a fairly big difference for Charr).
What struck me as odd is that the Necromancer is a charr, and is standing upright, like the casters in GW1.
I miss the old GW1 Manual where it told you about the Gods and even had a short story about Mhenlo and Pals.

A manual which is actually useful? Those are hard to come by these days! :O
Sweet hope there's one in the physical box as well, with lore and stuff!

Thanks for the link!
That's a very good manual for new players. I'm impressed. The video was very succinct but information filled.

Thanks for the link, time to read all they wrote. Quite funny, I always liked reading the manuals for games I buy... I am weird like that.
Why does NCSoft/ArenaNet feel the need to put ridiculous amounts of hype and buzzspeak even into tutoral videos?
because the thread was closed, I'd suggest you put this video in the OP
Great manual. Thanks for the link!
Can we all agree to just start linking this video to people who wander into the forums asking about GW2 after they state they know nothing of the game?

Nice! I am continually impressed. This wasn't necessary but a extremely friendly new player thing to do. Kudos to Anet
Totally off topic but not really worthy of a thread question. Is the GW2 Wiki down for anyone else?
