What filetype is best when rendering WoW Videos using Sony Vegas?

Hi, I'm using Sony Vegas pro 10 and I'm wondering what filetype and qualitytype is best when rendering WoW Videos into 1080 hd?
Keep in mind I don't want 40 gigabyte files and I want as good quality as possible while still having the filesize relative small. I need to find the perfect balance.

Well these are my settings for Vegas 9:

Audio: 320 Kbps; 48*000 Hz; 32 Bit; Stereo; AAC
Video: 29,970 fps; 1920x1080 Progressive; YUV; 10 Mbps
Pixel Aspect Ratio: 1,000
