UPDATE ON CURRENT NEEDS:
-High need: Restoration Druid
-Moderate need: Feral DPS Druid, Enhancement Shaman, Rogue
-Low need: All DPS except for Hunters, Paladins and Death Knights.

-Started from scratch a few months AFTER DS had come out by a group of core raiders that have raided together for years.
-Recruited to fill a 30m roster, slipped into 7th (6th on guildox.. not sure about that) 25m on the server.
-Will destroy MoP, seeing as we got 7th and started from scratch a few months late. Imagine what we can do with an established team going into a patch.
-25m team ending Cataclysm at World 888th after starting 4 months late.

MoP Will Have:
-30m Roster for a 25m Heroic team, T/Th 8PM-12PM
-10m team, M/W 10PM-2AM
-10m team, F 6PM-12AM
-RBG Team
-Old Content/Ach Farm/Mog Farm nights
-Challenge Mode Dungeon spamming.

Raid Teams:
Tues/Thurs 8-12PM Server, 25m, Currently Running
-Led by Rithius
-We're reasonably casual in farm, light but still serious during progression.
-Currently 8/8HM cleared.
-Looking for 400+ DPS, except for Death Knight, Paladin and Hunter.

Fridays, 6PM-12AM Server, 10m, Running in MoP
-Led by Edicitsep, an experienced leader who's led teams throughout WotLK.
-Looking for exceptional applications with 90%+ consistency.

Mon/Wed 10PM-2AM Server, 10m, Running in MoP AND now if possible
-Led by Cottle

Guild Policies:
1. Respect. This is all I want, and I don't mean lavish us with respectful talk and don't walk on the sidewalks, I mean that if you're in this guild you have to have your head screwed on right. I'm a pretty blunt guy, and I'll lay it on you if you're doing something dumb or being a jerk. Don't use discriminatory terms, don't insult each other, etc.
2. Don't have too many guild policies.
