Guild Wars 2 Physical Server Locations?

Hey guys I remember a long time ago when I was playing WoW there was a web site I could visit to determine the actual physical location of a server in order to get the best ping times, like Texas, Arizona, etc. Is there any way to find this info before creating a character on a server?

I'm pretty sure that American servers are in Dallas, and EU are somewhere in Germany.

Bump. This is actually an extremely important issue for me because my internet connection is not excellent. With guesting, I don't mind not being in the same guild as my friends and not participating in WvW with them; I just want to play wherever I get the least amount of latency. Pretty much every medium and high population server I have tried gives me pretty horrible latency in over-populated zones unless I join an overflow shard. And I think it's extremely shitty that 90% of the time I just prefer the overflow shard than the main server.
