New Computer Build In need of advice

Hey guys,

Going to build myself a new PC. Looking for any advices on the parts which I choose already and perhaps maybe a better one for the same price range. My budget is around $1000.

Here is the parts I choose already,please comment and as I said any advice or tips are greatly appreciated.

CPU - Intel i5 2500k 3.3Ghz
Motherboard - AsRock Z68 Extreme 3 Gen 3
Fan for CPU - Hyper 212 Evo
PSU - OCZ OCZ-ZS750W-UK ZS Series
Video Card - GTX 550Ti
HDD - 1 TB Western Digital
Memory - Corsair CMX8GX3M2A1333C9 XMS3 8GB

There's a lot I would change, but before I can recommend anything, I need some more information, namely:

• Resolution
• Games / Settings Desired
• Any other intensive software or special things you do (Frequent video encoding, 3D modeling, etc)
• Country
• Do you need an OS?
• Do you need peripherals (e.g. monitor, mouse, keyboard, speakers, etc)?
