Looking to the community for some help in case you guys have ran across this issue. (Times like this would be really nice if GW2 had their own forums). Every time I try to register my pre-purchase serial code I get an error stating "Error! There was an unspecified error. Please try again.".
Obviously I want to play the game, anyone else encountering this or dealt with this before?
I should mention that I have created a support ticket. Hopefully I can hear something from their team.
I have the same problem, pre-purchased it, arrived today and first attempt it said key was already used, further attempts just said there was an "error"
