Game Glitch Issues

So I finally get onto GW2, make my mesmer, and start shit up. Great game so far, only problem is that I see floating pieces of terrain and glitchy shit pretty much everywhere. Best way to describe it would be that the world is literally glitching.
Cant tell if this is a computer error (messed with a few graphics options to no avail) or simply release day shenanigans. Some help would be appreciated, thanks.

Double check your video card driver revision, for most games the most up to date driver should solve some errors. That is generally the answer for graphics looking like lego blocks.

I didn't have any of these issues and haven't heard of any one else having them either. Def check your drivérs
