    Question about Cooking.

    Well,

i'm going to RaF my Monk when MoP comes. Already purchased mats for 1-525 primary professions... but what about cooking?

At the moment you can buy mats and reaching 450 without problems, but from 450 to 525 there are only dailies's recipes to skill-up.

Does anybody knows if they will make those recipes "trainable" or "available" or not? ..cause if not it'll be incredible annoying to getting cooking skillable on new monks...

    Any tips?

Yes, you can level with trainable recipes from 450 to 525, however those will be the recipes available from the trainer in Halfhill Market, not the cata cooking ones.

    The recipes:
    Tangy Yogurt
    Pearl Milk Tea
    Peach Pie

Materials for those are sold by the vendor for gold, not for tokens
    One more recipe
    Rice Pudding

    Another question mate...

Is there a Cooking guide (with a list of mats required) that allow you to skill-up to 450 without travelling all around the world and farming recipes from azeroth's forgotten vendors?

In fact, yes, you can level your cooking entirely in Halfhill Market to 525 without old recipes.
To avoid posting a lot of links with recipes, I will link the trainer with all recipes that she teaches. Majority of materials are vendor mats exept Golden Carp which is obtained via fishing, generally a trash fish so the supply of these at the ah will be plentiful.

Link to the npc with her recipes
    Sungshin Ironpaw

Oh and keep in mind that this is beta so everything might still change

Dalaran and (current) Cooking awards will be converted to Epicurean awards, that serve as currency for both expansions. If you want to, you can simply farm/buy some Waterlogged Recipies. These will provide you with 5 Epicurean awards, which you can use to buy both WotLK and Cata recipies. It's very easy to just farm some meat or fish from both expansions beforehand, or you can buy them for next to nothing on the AH.

It'll be faster to just use the trainer Snaige mentioned, but you at least won't be delayed by dailies when MoP starts.

yeah i'd just do cooking at half hill in valley of the four winds will save you loads of gold and time. its a bit like the pilgrims bounty recipes which would boost you to 300~ cooking but better
