So, for real-world usage I'm completely satisfied, and I've been nothing but totally pleased with the keyboard overall.
I'd be willing to bet you wouldn't always notice when this occurred.

And if I didn't, that makes anti-ghosting an entirely moot point for me. Whether or not it exists or functions properly is entirely inconsequential if ghosting itself never impacts my usage of the keyboard.

If we are talking gaming you might miss stuff that like I said you didn't notice. Just because you don't notice something it doesn't mean it couldn't have some sort of effect on your performance or make it a moot point. If that's not the case then that's just great.

Awesome. Just switched from a Razer Lycosa to a K90 (USB)

IBM Model M 122 key "Terminal" scan code set 3
    Part No: 1390572
    Date: 11NOV87
    Plt No: F3 Model M

    Converted using Soarer's Converter (USB)

Holding both Shift keys and typing "The quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog" results:
    THEQUIKROWFOJUPSOERTHELAYDOG

Using microsoft.com/appliedsciences/antighostingexplained.mspx Microsoft's Link, I can see where the problems lie.

With both shift keys depressed, the entire fourth row does not display (zxcvbnm,./)

Using custom key mappings, I was able to remap "EUROPE_2" (0x64) to L_SHIFT providing different results:
    THEQUICKBROWNFOXJUMPSOVERTHELAYDOG

Many 3-key combos (not using any shifts) still fail:
    four letter grouping QASW:
    QWS
    QAS
    ASW
    AQW
    four letter grouping WESD:
    etc.etc.
    (too numerous to show all)

PS: PJRC.com (Teensy) hid_listen.exe reflects sames as ghosting as Microsoft's javascript web tool listed above.

    Thanks!
