Seems like this test is a little unreliable, How can this 10 dollar keyboard only miss once? Am i just typing too slow?

Not to be the mod here, but isn't it specifically mentioned you name the model? Doubt they'd write "Cheap-o Dynex" on the list.

The "N" in NKRO is a variable, as far as I'm aware, standing for n-Key Rollover. The expression is typically used for full key rollover, but it doesn't actually mean it technically.

    Correct me if I'm wrong.

No the N stands for infinite. What you're referring to is multi-key rollover #KRO. That's why i made that retorical question. Infinite, is infinite

"n" is a generic "limit" number in the math I've been seeing the last 3 semesters; it can be infinite or finite.

"n" is a placeholder value for any number in the set of real numbers. It cannot be equal to Infinity (although it can be extremely large (10^100^100 is still a valid value for n, even though there is not enough matter in the universe to write it out in standard notation). At least, that's how I remember it being.

That's not how variables work, I'm afraid. 6KRO still works for NKRO.

i know how it works in math. C1, C2 ... Cn f.e. . But this isn't math. In computer terms you call a totally independent keystroke board NKRO, and anything below that #KRO.
It also makes it allot easier if everyone would use the same terms Whatever, i'm not going to debate this, the truth lies somewhere in the middle probably.

Indeed. If the exact model is not given, it will not be added to the list... "My laptop keyboard!" is not specific enough, sorry.

To be fair, the thread started to test and discuss NKRO by using the test outlined. The list was added afterwards. I see no harm in someone with a Corsair K90 (for example) posting their results just to see if they correlate with the rest.

As for unknown boards, it gives a very general idea of how good/bad a OEM or unknown keyboard can be when it comes to #KRO. For laptop keyboards, people should at least specify what brand their laptop is and if possible even the model of the laptop.
