If i buy one Tour of Duty ticket and finish a round of mann up, will i be able to do that same mann up mission over and over again without rewards or do i have to buy a new ticket for every time i want to play that mission in mann up?

One ticket is one win from what I understand. If you fail you keep your ticket, but if you're out of tickets you can't play mann up at all.
