JC in MoP

I haven't done any of the JC stuff on the beta and I was wondering a few things.


1) Are perfect cuts still in the game for the new MoP uncommon gems?

2) When the new rings and necks are made are there still chances to proc rare aka blue versions of them as there was with cata?

1- The common gems, I've never seen coming out as perfect. Have made about 300+ gems so YMMV.
2- They're already 'rare'/blue. I'm probably not remember a common version of any necklaces though. Only the rare ones.

well there are 2 green or uncommon patterns one is a ring one is a neck, but there are no comments on them

aka http://mop.wowhead.com/spell=122662 you will see this http://mop.wowhead.com/item=90905 so yes there is perfect version of neck/ring

no clue about gems though
