Guild research question.

the terminology in the guild rank permission options made me wonder.

If I research the 10% pvp infl bonus from art of war or the 10% gathering bonus from economy, do they go on cooldown or something or do we have to research them again to use them again?

as in are they consumables or passives? and which is which?

yes ive been there. It doesnt answer my question though does it. Consumeables and/or passives? which and which.


it does not mention which are consumeable and which are activated bonus's.

I can tell that the low cost ones with the short timers in my guild tab are consumables, but there are other longer timed ones that follow the same terminology, but may or may not be consumeables.

You would have to ask Anet then if you are looking for more information. I have doubts that anyone has had time, during the BWE's, to research them to be able to tell you.
