Did a test draft to get a feel for it. Can't really tell you the results, because I requested Yahoo send me the results, and they didn't. But I drafted tenth, and I gotta say it turned out pretty bad. Matt Stafford, Marshawn Lynch, and Steve Smith were my top three. But I'm ready I think.

You can tell WoW changed the MMO for good when players started complaining about the amount of time they sink, into a time sink.

I actually don't mind 12th at least you know you will get two guys without one getting snipped or something.

Unable to choose your own team I personally liked Logonovs team. But then again the season never goes the way you think it will.

Apparently the kicker I drafted was cut 3 days ago... I'd feel like an idiot for not knowing this, but who actually pays attention to the kickers? :l

Chris Warcraft is very entertaining, if we could draft punters, I'd take him every year.

So what exactly are the "fan points"? Andre Johnson has 62, and Tim Tebow has over 200. That just doesn't sound right.
And I don't know what "waivers" are either.

Fan points are the Fantasy Points they earned last season. Andre Johnson missed a huge portion of the season thats why hes at 62, Peyton Manning for example has 0 because he never played. Once the season starts it will show you how much they are earning you this season, each week and overall to help determine their value to your team.
Whenever a player gets dropped they get put on Waivers for 3 days (also at the start of the season everybody is on waivers). When that player is on waivers anybody who wants them can try and make a claim for that player by selecting who they will drop for him. Once the 3 days are ended it goes to whoever put in the claim with the LOWEST waiver number. That number initially is determined by how late you drafted, Jigglypuffs was last so he gets 1st waiver claim.
Example: Me and conscripts both decide we want to add Mark Ingram off waivers. We both put in a claim saying who we would drop to add that player. The 3 days passes and I am awarded him because my claim is a 6 and his is 10.
After a successful waiver claim I believe your waiver number gets pushed to the back, so if I got Ingram I would then become a 12 and everybody after me would get moved up a slot. Usually though most additions will be off players that are Free Agents which is your typical 1st come 1st serve basis.Last edited by Jibjabb; 2012-09-03 at 01:12 AM.
