Fan controller position

This is a bit weird question, do you prefer your fan controller to be installed on the top 5.25" Drive bay or the second?
This is assuming you only have fan controller and an optical drive.

My preference is the top, but just put it wherever it makes the most of your internal space. If putting it on top is going to be a stretch or get in something else's way, just put it whereever it'll fit. And yes, it is a weird question, and I'm weird for answering it at length lol

It's bit weird but, you can assume it's concerning both aesthetic and for practicality.
