Like 10000 times as common as the T2 PvP weapons this season.

How is that a good thing? This means that the few lucky high-end arena players who also have good heroic raiding guilds, and the people who can afford buying it from boost runs, will have a huge advantage over the rest. I'm pretty sure it's not intentional that you need to be good at PvE (which most of my PvP friends aren't) to get the best equipment for PvE...

Also for the record, the optimal gear-up right now for MoP progression normal mode raids is farming full PvP gear. [normal raid gear > valor point gear > pvp gear > heroic dungeon gear] for PvE (counts for most, if not all classes, not even considering set bonuses), so after hitting the VP cap the first week pretty much what you do the rest of the week is farm honor items for the slots you didn't get VP gear for (which should be all but one!). Even if the 463 (or 464?) PvP gear is the Conq one, you'll still at least need to get conq capped every week to get PvE upgrades until you fill up on VP/raid gear.
