Default UI, IMO nothing more is needed. And I use addons for everything from tracking trinket procs to wiping my own ass when I go to a dump... but there is nothing needed for embers/soulshards tbh..

No separate zone for ember stacking ! Don't like iT XD Surtout qu'on ça vient de toi Woofix

Elvui separate box is pretty clean for monitoring ember stack

Anyone know of something that will work for this?

I use Xperl and and addon called Move Anything - MOP. In Xperl I detach the power bar from the player frame and then Move Anything it to the center of my screen and resize it. Now my resource bar sits just under my cast bar. I only wish I could find a way to duplicate this using shadowed as I prefer that addon. . . . but I LIKE the Blizz artwork for Ember/Shards/Demonic Fury.

The only thing that annoys me a bit is that I don't know how to show Burning Embers value as divided with 10 (so that 10 shows as 1 "whole ember" and 15 as 1.5). Not that it's a difficult thing to figure out how many embers you have. And I still like to see the decimal instead of just 1/2/3/4. I earlier tried actually the exact same thing that Zumzumzum posted but couldn't get over the ugly font scaling ;(

I use WeakAuaras for them, but affdots does the same job, and is ( in my opinion ) a rather neccesary addon

I just use the default UI for shards, demonic fury and embers. Have no need for more detailed information on those resources personally, so why bother having an addon.

Otherwise I use affdots and some timer addon I never remember the name of for tracking my dots and procs.

Weak auras for embers and demonic fury to get more specific values (especially for emberbits), default ElvUI class tracker for affliction

I'm still new at using Weak Auras. How do you get the icons to show for the DoTs? I have the Soul Shard bars, but the tracking for the DoTs is missing... ElvUI doesn't offer much in the way of flexibility to modify where MY dots show up in comparison to those from everyone else, nor are they large enough for me to see what the DoT is that is expiring.

Anyone got a good string for tracking Agony/Corruption/Unstable Affliction with numeric time left and the like...? You'd be my hero.

I'm not at my computer at the moment, but it's pretty easy to make one for those. Just make a new icon(I mean, literally. Create new > icon), put in the spell you want, change the "%x" text to %p, for progress timer. I can't recall exactly what the timer setting is but it's right at the top under Display. Then you can adjust the size and color of the text as well as the size of the icon. Then, go under Trigger and make sure you have "Aura" and "Debuff" selected. And then either under trigger or load there's an "only me" or something option to check. There's a few other options you can mess with as well, such as having it only load for that character or only for that spec, but that's up to you.

And that's it, I believe. Seems complicated, but once you have a general idea of what you're doing simple auras aren't too bad. I don't fuck with group auras though.

Edit: https://youtu.be/PoUd29H-a0U Here's a fantastic guide to weak auras from another warlock.
