It's a pretty close call from what i've seen so far. Keeping in mind i don't know all the classes and their abilities yet.
I would put the Guardian, Mesmer and Hunter as the strongest although this is mostly based on what i've seen in my own matches so the chances are i've never seen a capable player of the other classes. At this time i'll say Guardian is the strongest due to having some really nice support spells but also having some crazy damage if specialised in.
