    Need building ideas

Currently working on a village I started from scratch. I have added a castle, a harbor, and a Colosseum, with the regular village buildings. Thinking about things such as aqueducts, or I don't know, just having a "writers block". If you need pictures I can provide. This is more of a medieval style rather than modern. I am average at redstone as well. If you have any questions just ask, and thank you for the help!

EDIT: Also I play vanilla, so no mods. There is a jungle somewhat close, currently in a forest biome built on a sea.

    Idea list:

    Aqueduct of some sort
    Alchemist building
    Library
    Cathedral
    City fountain
    Bank of some sort
    Dock
    Marketplace
    Town Square
    Add to harbor

    Cemetery <- Completed

Possibly a dock? the only reason i suggest is because i played on a Minez server based off of DayZ most towns seem to be somewhat related to what you are building

On my harbor there is a port with a ship chilling right there, but I could actually possibly add a fishing dock by expanding the harbor down a little bit. Thanks!

Certainly in future plans. My harbor area has items laying about like sideways logs and watermelons and such as if it were a trading post, so ships and stuff can have these items rolled onto them. Also after watching Captain Sparklez latest Chronotide, I figured a cemetery sounds good as well.

EDIT: Kind of have a town square, where my main belltower is, but certainly could have a better one as the city expands.

Far distance settings. Clock tower is the tallest building. I think the range was around 200 blocks by 300 blocks ish IIRC.

Add a sewer system. It's not the most obvious, but I feel it adds a nice level of realism.

I would, but there is a large portion of rock cut out underground for redstone testing and the tune my clock tower plays :-/
