I used the DK's new spell called 'Control Undead'

I controlled the spider in the instance which does the massive shadow bolts.

The move is based on a percentage of HP. 2 shots bosses.

He used Dominate Undead to mindcontrol one of those bugs that had a long cast spell that did shitloads of damage, to 2 shot the boss lol.

Pretty sure it's 5 minutes, and you should be able to recapture it after it breaks.

Try controlling the Corpse Eaters in SFK hc and using them against the first boss. THAT'S hilarious.

Edit: From my experience, 3 million damage of what-just-happened.

Nah, they'll just make those mobs immune to control. They have a long-standing tradition of rendering mind control and enslave demon largely flavor.

Soul Reaper is pretty great, in PvE at least. It's a bunch of damage on bosses and the haste buff is thrilling on trash.

Really for this they should have it so, certian mobs, like the Spell Fingers, you can't control unless you're 80+, same with ICC mobs. Keeps it Flavorful, but not breaking dungeons horriably at the proper level, because honestly I love having flavor like that.

I just tried but it doesn't work anymore. You can control the Corpse Eaters but it won't let you use the ability on anything that isn't a player

My guess is this is how they're gonna fix this. If the ability is too powerful to be used on bosses, they'll just block it.

I find of wonder how many undead units are in MoP though, this would have been more useful if they had implemented back in wotlk cause there are so many undead units.

kind of like when my warlock went to northrend I don't think there was a single demon unit to use enslave on.

Not so many. I can think of like ... 2 undead mobs in all of outdoor Pandaria.

Scholomance is a blast though
