<Duality> is now recruiting for our 25man raids. The guild was 7/7H last tier and just finished DS at a US 56th 25m ranking WHILE ONLY RAIDING 3 DAYS A WEEK. We are looking to add only the best of the best to our ranks whether your class is needed or not. You can expect us to be a hardcore and highly competitive guild. We recently added a 4th day to our roster for MoP in order to hold and better our rank. We do Dragon Soul NO BUFF CLEARS in one night and have multiple alt runs during the week. Questionable Intent is a 25-man Horde weekend raiding guild on Shadowmoon (US-PvP, EST).

Sometimes our raids will go past our scheduled raid times if we are getting close to downing a progression boss or to finish clearing up some farm content. However, we try to limit this to no more than 10-20 minutes. Our raids pull precisely on time with pre-planned breaks because we understand that sitting at your computer for any number of hours can be difficult.

We are a 25 man raiding guild. We strive to down as much content as we can during our allotted raiding time. Our goal is to be a successful and compete with guilds that raid four days a week so in order to do this we need upper talented, motivated players. Alts are welcome in our guild but be aware that even though it is your alt, it is a main in our guild. That said, you must have BiS enchants and know your class thoroughly.

Loot Distribution

Loot is distributed through a merit-based loot council. What this means to you as a potential raider in Questionable Intent is that your performance will always be taken into account when deciding loot. We do not limit performance to just how well you do on DPS/Damage Meters. Our idea of performance constitutes your attitude, how well you prepare for raid encounters, how much damage/dps you deal and take in an encounter, what you contribute to the guild outside of raid times, where it would benefit the raid more and how well you take direction.

How to Apply

We realize that not everyone is comfortable or very good at filling out a 'form' for applying. As a result, we offer two methods of application: You may apply via public or private form application available on our guild website or you may apply via a vent interview that will cover the same points as the form application. We are looking for both a hunter and a warlock, so whichever you are leaning towards would be good with us. I prefer warlock, but only if you are amazing on it. We don't care about how geared you are or if you have just came back to the game or whatever, as long as you kick @#$ dpsing.

We have been raiding together 6+ years. We were a top 250US guild (BC/Wrath) and are looking to get back into that form. Some of our members have raided in top 50 world guilds. There are no personal attacks in vent but you will get called out and removed if necessary for messing up. We are a really tight group that takes guild life casual, laid back, and raiding serious. <Livid> (lv25) is a guild that was formed by 6 members and officers of a US 367 guild late in the cataclysm expansion. We founded <Livid> because we felt as though our old guild was becoming too casual and we were looking to maintain and expand upon our hardcore raiding beliefs.

Our Current Guild Focus is learning the raid encounters in the MoP beta as well as learning our new class talents and abilities. About 80% of our main raiders have a beta key and we have already began practicing strats for the new encounters. We have been hitting LFR (and normal/heroic when it’s open for testing) to help hone our skills and hit the Xpac at a full gallop!

About us: We offer a mature raiding environment, with officers that have plenty of real life and in game leadership experience. We believe in pushing players to be the best they possibly can be without demoralizing them or putting them down. Min/Maxing is not an option for <Livid> players, but rather a norm. We do not believe in PUGs and will never PUG on regular Raid days. <Livid> has not yet had to cancel a raid day because we did not have enough raiders to raid. We use mumble exclusively because of the small benefit it provides in real world speech lag (it’s faster than Ventrilo).

Raid Schedule: Tue/Wed/Thur. Raid Times are: 6:00 Server – 9:00 Server. With invites going out at 5:45 Server (server is on Pacific Time).

Our Server: Velen is a medium population PVE server with slightly more Alliance than horde (60/40). The economy is strong and AH prices are quite reasonable. Our server population is approximately 7k horde and 8k alliance, we are not a dead server by any means. Velen is in the New York Datacenter.

Loot System: We do free roll MS then OS, with “Raiders” having priority over “Trials” on MS gear only. OS gear is a straight roll-off. Mounts are awarded to “Raiders” with the highest rolls. If all “Raiders” have the mount, trials will roll off for it.


Expectations of All Raiders: Must have an exceptional understanding of your class and spec. Flawless attendance; raiding must be a top priority for you. Correct gemming, glyphing, speccing and reforging as well as the proper addons to manage your DPS/HPS/Uptimes, etc. We also require that your main raiding toon have leveled professions that are non- gathering professions. Pre-potting is expected on any boss encounter. Lastly, we require you have a stable internet connection and a computer capable of easily running World of Warcraft.

What we Provide to Raiders: Cauldrons and Feasts. Guild Repairs are provided when the guild bank supports it (most of the time). We provide potions when we can. Extra guild bank funds are used to purchase BOE weapons for raiders.

Introduction:

Monolith is a Day One horde guild on the Llane (est) server. Monolith started as a group of friends that have been raiding together since EQ1. We are currently farming Heroic Dragon Soul and Firehawks and are looking forward to continued success in MoP.

Our primary goal as a guild is to push end game content, while maintaining an environment conducive to having obligations outside of the game. We have zero tolerance for drama or disrespect. Because we do have limited raid time, and we are trying to push the endgame in that time, it is important that you have the ability to meet our raid schedule. About Us
Deaths Per Second formed near the end of T11 as the result of a group of four raid-oriented players being stuck in a socially-oriented guild. After setting up the guild we quickly cleared T11 and 6/7H Firelands before the introduction of Dragon Soul. A few weeks into our Heroic Dragon Soul progression real life issues hit attendance hard, and the guild decided to suspend raiding until MoP arrived. Despite this, many of our raiders have completely cleared both Heroic Firelands and Heroic Dragon Soul. Now that Mists of Pandaria has arrived we’re looking to fill in the holes of our ranks and pick up where we left off.

We’re looking for competent, reliable players that have a desire to push Heroic content in the new expansion- people who pick up fights quickly and who leave their ego at the door.
