Resto shaman PVP hit?

Hey there,

I'm a bit confused about hit in pvp as a resto shaman, obviously we have a talent (Spiritual insight: Increases your mana pool by 400%, and increases your chance to hit with Lightning Bolt, Lava Burst, Hex, and Flame Shock by 15%.) that should hit cap us.

Could you guys confirm that this is not working in pvp? I'm pretty sure I've missed a lot... And if yes, is it written somewhere that it's not working for pvp?

Works fine for me but sucks it doesn't include frost shock for frozen power though
