I've looked everywhere for this. In the paging area you can put macro-like text in but there's no guide for it so I have no idea what to put to make the bar appear or disappear whenever I enter or exit a vehicle, or whatever strange and stupid quest weirdness like throwing bear cubs at a trampoline or such nonsense.

I can get it to page easily enough but hiding it requires disabling and enabling it which is just fucking annoying.
