DBM announce CDs without being lead?

I thought I had my DBM set to announce defensive CDs to /s.
Since the MOP patch I've updated all my addons(like one should do) and for the life of me, I cannot find where I set those announcements. i may have to macro everything manually like I did my hunter's FD and traps.

I didn't know that was part of DBM?
If you want separate, you can use:
http://www.curse.com/addons/wow/kannounce
to watch CDs that are popped for all raid members (you can choose cds to watch), and announce them in raid.

That works.
I guess I'm assuming it was DBM since I don't have any other addons that would do with announcing CDs
