How do you plan on leveling your Paladin?

This is my first time playing my Paladin at launch and I'm wondering how you guys plan on leveling.

1. Which spec are you going to level as?

2. Are you going to quest, AoE Grind, spam 5 mans?

5 man are way to slow for me, and I really need to get to 90 quickly.

Primary spec is Holy, but I'll be doing quests as ret. I'll probably do a few 5 mans as both specs while I level too.

Going prot, will probly do a mix of quests and 5 mans. Most likely doing this with my husband who will be resto druid so perfect combo for lvling I'd say.

Quest as Ret, without a doubt.
Dungeon runs (for the quests mostly) will be either Prot or Ret, depending if my DK buddy opts to tank the run, or I am.

Questing as ret and queueing up as prot when the various 5 mans open up. Might even get lucky and get a guild group going for them.

Tried leveling as Prot on the Beta, it was just too slow for me. This was before the latest vengeance changes that made it to live, so I suspect it will be even worse now. I'll be doing questing as Ret until 90.

Or is it possible to level as ret and recieve holy gear as reward?

You can swap to holy before you turn in the quest and it will be a holy gear reward. Not much of a point doing this until level 89 or so as it should take up to level 87 or so for gear to be an actual upgrade from a normal set.

Leveling as Ret (Questing) I tried beta as prot and way to slow. If I do any dungeons it will be around level 88-89 and I will go in as holy.

Ironically, you get more experience in dungeons than questing.

Protection with a mix of questing and a set 5-man group.

Though, I do have a ret set sitting in my bag that I haven't touched in a while. It depends when I get going I guess.

The way I plan it is to gear up my Ret Paladin ASAP through dungeons. Get lots of XP and justice points. From leveling alts I realize I can abuse the system much better if I enter a dungeon as Holy or Prot. Prot because tanks get into dungeons super fast. I'll be rolling on dps plate as Prot, and yea it's a dick move to other dps plate but I've had it done to me countless times, so screw being nice. Unless they've changed it so that only dps can roll on dps plate, then I'll be queuing as Ret and just waiting until it's my turn.
