Need help troubleshooting my mouse.

Hello!

I got some problem with my mouse and I need some help to figure out whats wrong.

It's a Ace Edge 3200 gaming mouse (Swedish brand).

Last night I got my new screen and I hooked it up to my laptop (waiting for desktop to arrive).
So I moved my laptop, removed everything that was hooked up to it. (My mouse was hooked up to the laptop and worked perfectly!)


However, when I hooked everything back in.. my mouse did not work.
I tried to reinstall it's drivers, didnt work.
Tried to use all diffrent USB ports, didnt work.
Tried it on another computer, didnt work.

It seems like the computer "feels" it's connected as it starts to glow (one of it's 'lamp things' starts to glow on the mouse) However, the laser does not work.


Anyone got any suggestions on what might be up or what else to try?

likely a defunct unit. get a replacement.

Meh.. fucking sucks, had it for 6months now Oh well, suppose Ill have to contact the company I bought it from and see what they say.

best bet is call up/email the company tech support otherwise it sounds as though your unit is now dud.
