Mesmer Build, criticizer needed

So I am a mesmer of course and for level 80 I want this to be my build:

Honestly, i feel this game so pointless about builds, when we talk about pve, even when 80. I keep going with my random idea of "build" without any problem. I still see the same kind of zerg i saw on 1- 15 area, even on higher area, using minamal variations. Different could be a dungeon explorer one, where effectiveness makes the difference.
But if you need math calculation, (i don't know why) we can go deeper

Try mesmer with 2x 1h weaps ;D
Tons of dmg! And all of it is aoe.
